Alexandria Lanza

As a psychotherapist, Alexandria is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the complex challenges that arise from substance abuse, child and family dynamics, women's issues, and various life transitions. Her specialized training and experience in perinatal psychotherapy and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders equip her to provide compassionate support to women during the prenatal and postpartum periods.

The realization of the limited availability of prenatal and postpartum counseling services in New Jersey compelled Alexandria to establish "Jaded Hearts - Center for Healing," a project she had been nurturing for 15 years. By incorporating her expertise in women's issues and life transitions, along with her trauma-informed and art therapy approaches, Alexandria aims to create a safe and nurturing environment for individuals seeking healing and growth during these critical stages of life.

Throughout her career, Alexandria has gained invaluable experience in diverse settings, including residential, partial care, outpatient, and in-home environments. She has worked extensively with individuals of all ages, from children to adults, who are grappling with co-occurring disorders, combining addiction and other mental health diagnoses. Her commitment to addressing the unique needs of women and guiding clients through various life transitions has made her an invaluable resource in the field of psychotherapy.

Alexandria's unwavering dedication to her clients' well-being, her expertise in substance abuse, child and family psychology, women's issues, and life transitions, and her passion for art therapy all contribute to her ability to make a profound impact on the lives of those she serves. With her nurturing and trauma-informed approach, she continues to provide guidance, support, and empowerment to individuals seeking healing and growth in the midst of life's challenges.
